We make use of the Integrative Enneagram Assessment as an introduction to the coaching process. This measures the motivations of individuals for doing, thinking and feeling in certain ways. This tried and tested assessment provides for a good base for the coaching process to build on and will allow individuals to better understand themselves in relation to the insights offered by the Integrative Enneagram, to focus on how this may be relevant to their specific development areas and so enable them to integrate these insights into their specific work areas going forward. 

Integrative also generates a team report that helps us in building team interventions. This exercise contributes greatly to team effectiveness as members start to understand themselves and others better.
